Bali Tourism Polytechnic continues to be committed to improving the quality of education and human resource development in the tourism sector, especially in the culinary field. In this effort, Poltekpar Bali received a valuable opportunity to attend the "Culinary Arts of the Masterclass Network" training held at the International School of Tourism and Hotel Management.

Politeknik Pariwisata Bali (Poltekpar Bali) terus berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan serta pengembangan sumber daya manusia di sektor pariwisata, khususnya di bidang kuliner. Dalam upaya tersebut, Poltekpar Bali memperoleh kesempatan berharga untuk menghadiri pelatihan “Culinary Arts of the Masterclass Network” yang diadakan di International School of Tourism and Hotel Management (IST College, IST Secondary School), Kathmandu, Nepal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperluas pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam kuliner, yang nantinya dapat diterapkan dalam pengajaran dan pengembangan kurikulum di Poltekpar Bali, sehingga menghasilkan lulusan yang lebih siap menghadapi perkembangan industri kuliner global.

Selain sebagai kesempatan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi di bidang kuliner, pelatihan ini juga membuka peluang untuk membangun hubungan yang lebih erat dengan institusi pendidikan internasional. Melalui kegiatan ini, Poltekpar Bali dapat menjalin kerja sama lebih lanjut dalam pengembangan sektor pariwisata dan perhotelan. Para peserta juga memiliki kesempatan untuk mendapatkan wawasan baru mengenai tren kuliner global yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam pengelolaan restoran dan catering, serta memberikan dampak positif pada kemajuan pendidikan dan sektor pariwisata di Indonesia.

Keikutsertaan dalam program pelatihan ini diharapkan membawa banyak manfaat, termasuk memperluas jaringan profesional di bidang kuliner dan pariwisata. Peserta dapat berinteraksi dengan berbagai profesional dari berbagai negara dan memperkaya pengetahuan mereka melalui pertukaran pengalaman. Selain itu, dengan pengalaman yang diperoleh, Poltekpar Bali dapat memperkaya kurikulum kuliner mereka dan meningkatkan citra institusi sebagai lembaga pendidikan unggul di bidang pariwisata dan kuliner, serta mempersiapkan mereka untuk pelatihan kuliner internasional di masa depan.
