Student Mobility Program with Thai Binh Duong University, Vietnam.​
On March 24, 2024, a delegation team consisting of a lecturer and six students carried out a Student Mobility program that lasted for seven days, from March 24 to 30, 2024. This program is a collaboration between Bali Tourism Polytechnic and Thai Binh Duong University from Vietnam. The delegation had the opportunity to learn more about Balinese culture through cultural orientation and get to know traditional Balinese cuisine in a cooking class guided directly by lecturers from the Culinary Arts Study Program of Bali Tourism Polytechnic. During the program, the delegation was also invited to learn about the application of the concept of environmentally friendly tourism in Taro Tourism Village, Gianyar, as well as the concept of health based on local culture through a Yoga Ketawa session in Ubud, Gianyar.
One of the participants stated that the experience helped him understand that hospitality is truly about spreading positive energy, which he felt while in Bali. The experience left a deep and positive impression on the participants, indicating that the program succeeded in making a significant contribution to their learning and character development.
The program is designed to provide participants with international insight with the opportunity to develop practical and academic skills in a different environment. With this mobility, lecturers and students from both institutions have the opportunity to learn, teach, and collaborate on various academic projects, which will ultimately contribute to improving the quality of teaching and research at both institutions.

Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUAS)
On April 16 and 17, 2024, 79 students from Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUAS), the Netherlands, conducted field work in Bali, which is part of a collaboration with the Bali Tourism Polytechnic (Poltekpar Bali). BUAS students attended various teaching sessions facilitated by Poltekpar Bali lecturers, including Dr. Nyoman Gede Dewa Rucika, A.Par., M.M., CHE and Dr. I Gusti Agung Gede Witarsana, S.ST.Par., M.M., CHE.
