Bali Polytechnic of Tourism Cooperation with Beijing College of Finance and Commerce, China
The cooperation between Beijing College of Finance and Commerce (BCFC) and our institution has been going well, covering a variety of programs that support common goals. One of the main activities in this cooperation is the implementation of online professional learning exchanges for students. In this program, students from both institutions attend lectures in relevant courses, with a flexible interactive learning approach through a digital platform. In addition, this cooperation also includes joint scientific research activities, collaborative projects, and the organization of academic conferences involving lecturers from both parties, aiming to expand knowledge and produce useful scientific works.
In addition to online programs, other activities include joint visits between lecturers and short-term student exchanges. These programs provide opportunities for lecturers and students to share knowledge, expand networks, and better understand the education systems and cultures of each institution. Information technology is also utilized wirelessly to facilitate communication, access to teaching materials, and collaboration between students and lecturers, thus supporting a more effective teaching and learning process.
This cooperation also focuses on developing a curriculum that is relevant to global needs and industry challenges. This effort includes the development of curriculum standards and resources that can respond to current developments. In addition, training related to the application of new media technology in the tourism industry is also part of this program, providing insight and skills for participants to integrate technology in the operation and marketing of the tourism sector which is increasingly dependent on digital innovation. All of these activities are expected to provide a sustainable positive impact on the development of education and related industries.
