Credit Transfer Program Socialization with Canadian College and Melbourne Poly by NIEC

On Friday, February 14, 2025, NIEC held a socialization activity regarding the credit transfer program in collaboration with Canadian College and Melbourne Polytechnic. The event, which started at 10:00 WITA, took place in the Theater Room, 4th Floor, Postgraduate Building. The main objective of this activity is to introduce and provide students with a deeper understanding of the credit transfer program that allows them to continue their studies abroad by utilizing the credits they have obtained.

Credit Transfer Program Socialization with Canadian College and Melbourne Poly by NIEC

On Friday, February 14, 2025, NIEC held a socialization activity regarding the credit transfer program in collaboration with Canadian College and Melbourne Polytechnic. The event, which started at 10:00 WITA, took place in the Theater Room, 4th Floor, Postgraduate Building. The main objective of this activity is to introduce and provide students with a deeper understanding of the credit transfer program that allows them to continue their studies abroad by utilizing the credits they have obtained. Thus, students can accelerate the completion of their education in two different and leading countries in the world.
The event began with remarks from Mr. Rendy Dian Phalevi, Consultant for NIEC Indonesia, who explained the background of this event. In the discussion session, participants were given an explanation of the basic concept of the credit transfer program, as well as the benefits that students can get by continuing their education at Canadian College and Melbourne Polytechnic. Participants also learned how this credit transfer mechanism works, from the registration procedure to program completion, which will make it easier for them to continue their education abroad.
In addition, further introduction to Canadian College and Melbourne Polytechnic was also the main focus of this socialization. Canadian College explained the various programs offered and the application requirements for students who wish to take the credit transfer program. On the other hand, Melbourne Polytechnic also conveyed the various opportunities available for students to earn a double degree through the credit transfer program, as well as the costs involved in taking the program in Melbourne, Australia. All of this information aims to provide participants with a clear picture of the opportunities open to them at the two international institutions. The event ended with a Q&A session that gave participants the opportunity to dig deeper into the program and get clarification directly from representatives from Canadian College, Melbourne Polytechnic, and NIEC. Many participants expressed interest in applying and continuing their studies abroad through this credit transfer program. In closing, information brochures about NIEC, Canadian College, and Melbourne Polytechnic were distributed, and the event ended with a group photo session, leaving participants with positive impressions and hopes to prepare for a better academic and professional future through this international experience.
